Employee Spotlight: Kevin Manzanares, Production Coordinator

We sat down with our Production Coordinator, Kevin Manzanares, for a few rapid-fire questions to get to know the person behind the production. By day, Kevin leads our projects in the field. Outside of work, he shines as a husband, father, and all-around talented guy.

Where did you grow up, and what brought you to your current city?

I grew up in Kenner, and I now live in Hahnville. What brought me there was my wife working as a High school teacher in Destrehan which is a few miles from our home, along with a great neighborhood and lots of space for my kids to play.

Describe your ideal weekend.

Ideal weekend is waking up everyday and spending time with my family, playing music, watching sports especially in the fall.

What is your favorite food or cuisine?

Favorite food is Japanese

What is a fun fact about you that may surprise people?

When I was a kid, I was fortunate enough to visit the White House a few months after Katrina and was able to take a picture with First Lady Laura Bush.

What is your favorite hobby, activity, or creative outlet?

Favorite hobby is playing music. I've been fortunate enough to play multiple instruments like piano, guitar, drums, saxophone, and the clarinet.
